Oh is that the day again? I've got a headache, maybe next year...

Now that would be a bummer, right? Well, I feel a bit like that and it concerns writing, but my fingers keep hitting the keys anyhow, so use that slim exception window for a short review... Despite all the very controversial subject that lacked real opposition to the stupid rulings, I had a lot of fun. I can agree that this could be seen as propagating to accept rules no matter how dumb they are, I hope that is not true, but then look west and doubt this is not east these days - crap reality... The film gets an unreal 2-

Hallo allerseits,
ich muß zugeben, mich stößt die Art und Weise, wie der Film ein faschistoides Amerika quasi ohne Widerstand oder Widerspruch porträtiert, schon ziemlich ab. Der Film will das offensichtlich als Witz abtun, um die Prämisse realistisch zu gestalten, aber mich stört das schon etwas. Abgesehen davon ist der Film eine witzige Romantic Comedy über zwei Loveable Loser, die lange Zeit nicht erkennen, daß sie füreinander geschaffen sind. Für das kritiklose Setup gibt von mir Punktabzug, aber eine glatte „Drei“ kann ich vergeben.
